John Baylet

John Baylet is an associate at Hach Rose Schirripa & Cheverie LLP. Mr. Baylet represents investors in federal and state courts throughout the United States specializing in class action securities, shareholder rights, corporate governance, and derivative matters. Mr. Baylet has dedicated his career to protecting investors and prosecuting corporate misconduct. Prior to joining HRSC, Mr. Baylet advocated for investors as an attorney with the Enforcement Staff at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and as an associate attorney with a securities litigation boutique in New York. Mr. Baylet has successfully litigated numerous cases and recovered millions of dollars for investors.

Mr. Baylet is admitted to practice law in the state of New York and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Baylet received his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia and his J.D. from New York Law School.
